Service Description
- Looking for some coaching to set your group up for success at the start of a trip? - Got your eye on a particular river or region and want to hire in some local knowledge? - In need of a refresher day with your club? - How about some 1-2-1 coaching to help you to step your skills up to the next level? Paddle365 can sort you out. We have instructors across the UK who will offer the best possible service to your group. Each Paddle365 Ambassador is highly qualified and experienced in the whitewater environment and a true expert on the water. This service will cost £265 per day for a group, or £200 per day for a 1 to 1 private coaching day. Our maximum group size for this is 6. If your group is larger, or you would like to have lower instructor:participant ratios, additional instructors can be hired for an additional fee. Small group sizes are great for quality days of skill development, and for fun, efficient guided adventures. If you're thinking of putting together a big group to minimise cost, please note that the environments you can go into will still depend on the strength of your group as a whole.
Cancellation Policy
Once your booking request is accepted, you will be sent a payment invoice. Please make payment as soon as possible to confirm your booking. Cancellation: 4+ weeks before the activity: No fee will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling. 10 days - 4 weeks before the activity: A fee of 50% of the activity cost will be charged for cancellation. A 30% fee will be charged for rescheduling. Less than 10 days before the activity: The whole cost for the activity will be charged for cancellation. A 50% fee will be charged for rescheduling. Less than 48 hours before activity. No compensation can be claimed for cancellation, and a 75% fee will be charged for rescheduling. If you wish to discuss these cancellation terms, please do so ahead of booking.
